I can't send you a PM yet since your post count is too low. According to Tire Rack the sensors (433 MHz) will work with your rig. I just built out a tire/wheel order on their site using your rig as reference and it included the same sensors. I suspect shipping will be $125-$150. I can get a quote from UPS if you're interested.
