Just a heads up:
Bluewater on a Saturday is already a joke in terms of how busy it is in the run up to Christmas. Plus it's Christmas opening hours on the date you've suggested, so it's open until 11pm.
I went a few weeks back at around 7pm on a Saturday and left as it was so busy. I managed to get a space straight away (by luck) but there was loads of cars going around and around the car park trying to get spaces.
I like the idea of a meet and the location but I just think you'll struggle to get a space at all let alone any where near each other. Then quite possibly an hour wait for food.
