Letter of Compliance Canada to US
Hey guys, I'm wanting to import my BMW M3 to California, is there anyway of by-passing the $500 Letter of Compliance fee from BMW NA? I know the letter is specific to the vehicles VIN#, however just wanted to see what others have done.
