just a quick question

does anyone here have experienced (by plane) hand-carry airbag on board?

I'm looking forward to carry an airbag internationally. Will they let me put those on my hand-carry bag / should I put those on baggage?
I know this thing will not work if it's not connected to the sensor but just want to anticipate if some strict company rules applied.

Sorry I don't have an answer to your question, out of curiosity though why are your trying to fly with an airbag? just wondering

my hometown is out of country, I have a steering wheel with airbag in States and want to use it for my car in my hometown

hahahh omg, i thought you meant like an airbag you keep in your lap incase of a plane crash. but yeah, you can't ship that kind of stuff, LEGALLY that is. let alone try to get it through airport security

If its a functioning airbag, then you will not be allowed to take it either on carryon or checked baggage.

Airbags have explosives, which is not allowed in the aircraft.

it is a functioning airbag but you know what I meant, the airbag will not explode if it's not connected right? Still wondering though

I think it costs a lot and not worth it?
my estimation is the shipping cost will be the same price as used airbag?

I would definitely stay away from a used airbag.
