I used Flemmington and they're OK.

This list must be about volume and not customer satisfaction. LOL @ Global Imports being on there.

even their accessories on their website cost about 2x from other bmw sites that i see.

unless you are some rich old dude willing to spend stupid money, you will get no love from them.

They might make more money for bmw, but as for the customer service part, i have to say it's one of the worst services in my life.
Talk about smug talk and whats up with the Asian comment? No point in making it a racial thing unless you have nothing else relevant to complain about. Completely unnecessary. I've received nothing but the best service at New Century. I'm assuming you must be a young guy correct me if im wrong . Funny thing is, I wouldnt be surprised if you still get your car serviced there despite your discontent.

Arlington is deemed to be the worst in the NoVA area with Passport being crappy too. I live a couple of miles from Arlington so I wish they were better. I drove to Sterling for my purchase and maintenance of an E46 M3 and a 650 coupe. When I had to pick-up a 650 vert in a hurry I found the one I liked at Fairfax. Though I had read mixed reviews of them I have found them to be excellent in sales and service. As they are closer, I have a E93 on order with them.

Sunbelt BMW in Meridian MS can kiss my @$$...

Almost leased a left-over 2008 M3 sedan they had. Wasn't exactly what I wanted, but the lease rates were cheap. Guy was great, kept telling me "no pressure, no pressure" etc, etc. Deal was done over the phone (I live in Memphis, TN). Gave him my CC # to "hold" the car...

After sleeping on it, I decided it wasn't a wise financial decision, when I went to pull out, he FLIPPED. Said he was going to charge my CC $1,000! I got off the phone, called the Credit Card company, they hadn't charged it yet, so I just canceled that card and told them to send me another one.

I won't shop that dealership again...

Glad to see Classic BMW (now in plano, tx) on there, thats where my ZHP came from, they were great!

Thanks for the information. I in Woodbridge, so the trip to Sterling, VA is going to right at an hour in no traffic...but if its worth the drive I will take it. Now just waiting to F10 pricing!!
