E93 SE conversion to LCI M Sport

Meaning to start a thread, carried out conversion my E93 2007 SE to LCI M Sport, hard work since there information was mainly scattered everywhere. So what does it take to convert from SE to M Sport LCI. Two things I did not change yet so far are wing mirrors and alloys.

M Sport LCI Rear bumper also complete with diffuser
M Sport LCI side skirt
M Sport LCI Front bumper complete with everything kidney grill, fog lights and jet washer covers etc…
M Sport Front Panel – Part Number: 51 71 8046509 –
M sport Underbonnet screen Part Number: 51 75 8046342
2x M Sport front wheel arch cover (Left and right)
M Sport LCI left and right break air duct
M Sport LCI Bonnet
LCI Headlights, bracket and jet washer (no adapter was required for me, since I had xenon headlights already)
FRM3 and coding (since I have FRM1)
LCI Rear lights and harness

Oh man, you can't get that M sport set up fast enough ha ha

I'm actually starting to learn coding, and even the Alpina flash.

The cables are on the way in 7-10 days...everyone pray for me- and my car!

In for after pics! Coding is definitely nerve wrecking in the beginning but once you get the hang of it, it's just so simple.

Actually can't believe I'm making the headway that I am on the whole coding and flashing front.

It's funny how somebody blowing you off awakens the desire to do it all yourself.

You know they say... if you want to job done right...

Now if I could only do this in every other aspect of my life

Have the pictures uploaded to a host site like Flickr or Photobucket.

Sweet Jesus dude- well they say some of the best things in life are learned through some of the worst trials.

I'm going to have a pro at the helm while I'm doing all this stuff, so I'll be learning from one of the best.
