Help to decide : Breyton GTS20 inch on E93

Hiya all,
I need some advise before making the purchase.
I have been offered a set of Breyton 20 inch.

The details are as follow:
Fronts are 8J x 20 ET35
Rears are 10J x 20 ET35

Those sound OK to be fitted on my E93 however I have my doubt since I learned that the wheels are from an X3.

I hope I can get some enlightement:
- Will these wheels fit on to an E93?
- What are the correct tires sizes so that they don't rub on the fender?

I do not see any issues with them fitting. The specs check out.
