I just got my first BMW, what mods should i start off with?

After my 2008 mustang was totaled (not my fault), I got a black 2006 330i. It is fully stock right now, but I want to start working on it. Im thinking I should get some good rims, and then maybe something for the exhaust. I don't know if i want to get black rims, or if that is a little overplayed. I thought about painting mine black, but i don't want it to look cheap

Congrats on the new purchase! I would suggest to start with simple items, such as Matte Black Kidney Grill, LED Angel Lights, Springs, Wheels. Feel free to pm me if you have any questions

Considering the year, i would say start with the maintenance.

I would look for oil leaks, check for broken head bolts and valve coverbolts( which the 06 are known for, oil pan gasket, and head gasket.
Check for pre maintenance stuff before you actually start modding it. It'll save you a lot in the long run....

Very solid car, other than cosmetic upgrades just enjoy it.

Congrats and welcome!

I would get new wheels thats silver or gunmetal color then a drop followed by M Sport bumpers. Throw in blacklines and black grilles in between if your budget ain't that big.

+1 on maintenance. Getting everything in black color is too common.

Nothing to get. I thought it was a thoughtful and excellent response. People tend to overlook normal maintenance and go straight for race car status. I thoroughly enjoyed your response.

Black grilles and something to cover up those amber lights on the headlights for starters. Blacklines for the taillights are a must for your model as they make a big difference in appearances. If you got run flats, ditch them ASAP!

I'd leave it alone - Worst case, check your tires for wear. Maybe change out run flats if the car still has them.
