H&R Settling Uneven?

Just installed H&R Sport Springs. I've put about 150miles on them in two days and the Right Rear is lower than the left. The left front is lower than the right?

How long do they take to reach their final settle point? Is it more on time or mileage?

They should settle to be even if they were installed correctly. Give it at least a week, two to be safe. I find a lot of miles shortly after install won't necessarily make them settle completely.

I noticed mine were a little bit off initially, but a day or so later measured again and everything was within 1/4". You really need to measure carefully/accurately and best way (I think) is to pop off your wheel emblems and measure between the top of the emblem opening on your wheel and bottom of fender.

I just had H&R Sport Springs & Bilstein B8 shocks installed and have experienced the same thing. The passenger side is lower than the driver side.

The rear is about ~0.5" lower and the front is 0.3" lower; measured from the center of the axle to the lip of the fender as recommended by H&R.

Anyone else have this issue?

Unfortunately I didn't take measurements before the install for comparison. I have a 335i Sportline with the base suspension.

The right side/passenger side is always lower than the left side/driver side. If you do a Google search on this topic, you'll find that this is typically the case (..even on OEM springs and even on aftermarket suspensions after being corner weighted). Part of it is balance related and part of it is relative to how much gas you have in the tank.

Wow, that is great to know. I guess I never even paid attention.

As far as installation cost, not sure because I bought them along with new tires and wheels as a package deal.

And the weight a driver will add IIRC
