how do I go about monitoring IAT using JB4? do I need to buy a gauge in order to read temps? If so, can someone please provide some info.

gauge hijacking is one option, second option is to log. No need to buy anything if you have the JB4.
check N54tech JB4 sticky for directions to get this running (takes 10 seconds)
