E90 making strange noise when in drive at a stop only

I have a 2006 BMW 330, My car is making a vibrating type of noise when I am in drive at a stop. It will not make any noise while I am driving or when car is in neutral or park. When I come to a stop noise comes back. I have attached a video below. If anyone in ATL has a left of some sort. i am pretty hands on and would like to find out what issue is... let me know if anyone can assist me or if you know where issue is coming from.....OH NO

is It just a low idle? If you rev it to 1000rpm does it go away?

where does the vibration feel like it's coming from? Transmission? Engine? Rear?

engine mounts or alternator would be m first guess

Ive seen alot of cars do this, some do it when the a/c is turned on some just do it randomly. but sometimes when the car idles too low it will vibrate the cabin slightly. my old e46 did it all the time, just dont let it get under your skin and drive the car bud.

Got the car checked out. The car engine was sitting on the transmission. The engine mounts apparently failed. But now the repair place that fixed is saying they fixed issue but you can still hear some noise and that my control arms need to be replaced...UGGGG
