My first BMW!

Hi all. I just got my first BMW. It's a 2011 335i e92 manual. I have had it about a week. I came from an 06 accord (automatic) and this car isn't even comparable! Not even 14k miles...must have been a garage queen. Drives great, just a little more tire noise than I would like, but they are run flats, so I guess that's expected.

As far as mods, I just got tinting done. When I bought it, it had tinting only on the rear windows, looked like 20% or so. I got 25% on the front doors and a strip on the windshield. I would like to do some future mods, but for now I am pretty happy with the car as is. I may wait a while, but I have some ideas brewing. I may do a gloss black wrap for the roof and possibly plastidip the wheels gloss black as well.

Here are some other future mods that are on my mind in no specific order:
- Tial BOV
- Nokya Yellow fogs
- Decklid spoiler
- Exhaust (maybe HKS or Eisenhaus)
- Paint brake calipers
- German license plate (there is a hole where the current bracket is so I don't want to remove it)

Let me know what you think of my car and what mods should come next. I also included a pic of my old ride just for fun!

Congrats and welcome to e90post, you will find this forum VERY influential in your future mods, happy modding!

PS: Your engine is the N55, you won't need the Tial BOV

Okay, but what would you suggest to put there? I would take off the bracket completely, but there is a hole in the bumper.

That being said, what would you suggest for a more audible sound? That is what I would be going for. (Unless its too much...haha)

On the n55 diverter valve is on the turbo housing, so no BOV unfortunately. You can look at the BMS intake or any other intake, The BMS intake is the cheapest 200 dollars and easy to remove if you have a dealer that doesn't like mods. There is also a youtube vid showing before and after if you want to hear it, just type in N55 BMS.

Nice alpine white by the way

I got it off Amazon. You can get them directly from Thule, but it was more expensive. Plus I have Amazon Prime so free two day shipping!

Congrats on the new whip and welcome to the forums!
How could I forget about the black grills...Would you recommend a gloss plastidip for a low budget mod? I'd rather not buy entirely new grills.

Thanks all for the welcomes.

IMO pastidip cheapens the look of these cars, I think that you should just wait a while until an actual gloss or matte black one comes up for sale and just buy those!
