I had the same setup but with 12mm/f and 15mm/r spacers. H&R really is the perfect drop.

After doing mine i recommend H&Rs all day long. Perfect drop and little to no compromise on ride quality!
Looks great by the way!!
I might have to owe both of you £Fivers! LOL im tempted to get rid of these Eibachs for your H&Rs!

How does the ride compare with the H&Rs to the M-Sport or Eibach? H&R had a rep a few years back for being very hard and making the ride a bit crashy. Have they changed now?

I've had mine on H&R sports for a year now and I like the drop. Maybe I would have wanted a few mm less front and back to not have the tires tucked. The ride is OK in my opinion but should really be paired with other shocks. I will be going with Koni Yellows (Sport) as I track my car 5-10 times a year. Hope this will be a good compromise for me.

Edit: I changed the springs without taking the front struts out of the lower mount at all. Just need to take care not to scratch the fender doing it this way.

Looks like you done all the hard work yourself, but anyone have any idea what the cost of H&R + Koni Yellow installed would be?

a garage will probably want about £160+ but best to ask and find out. If they are a bit expensive I don't mind doing it for a small fee at my workshop in Dagenham.

You kept the m sport shocks by the looks of it? I'm on SE shocks so I need to factor that in too
Puts the whole job into the £1k territory!

No, I believe it is H&R sport part number: 29187-1. But I agree the car got a bit low. They were paired with my M-sport shocks since 2007. My shocks are still OK for daily driving but I need better (and adjustable) shocks to handle my other track upgrades such as wider R compound tires and M3 chassi bits.
