Only the intake spray will help as far as carbon cleaning goes. Because we don't actually control the butterfly anymore I am not sure if you will even get a butterfly to open if you press the accelerator with the key in. The fuel system cleaner may clean the fuel lines, fuel pumps and fuel injectors, but it won't clean the backs of the valves (Which are the main reason people seafoam).
IMO, it will work the same way, but costs three times as much without much added benefits. If you are looking for a way to introduce seafoam into your engine using an aerosol (e.g. for fear of hydrolock) then you can go with seafoam aerosol: http://www.amazon.com/SEA-FOAM-SPRAY.../dp/B003L7T57S or another product available at your local dodge dealer called Mopar Combustion Chamber Cleaner (MCCC): http://www.dakota-durango.com/forum/...ad.php?t=92614
