Brand new Silverstone M4 (DKG, carbon ceramic brakes, 437M 19")

Brand new BMW F82 M4 Coupe (only 140 kms on it!) in Silverstone grey, with the nicer 19" black rims, the carbon ceramic brakes and the double clutch transmission (DKG). The owner picked it up today, will meet him again soon.

It's Silverstone II Metallic. Pretty sure it's a blue? What do you mean about the nicer black 19s? Do you just mean you like the 19s the most?

Oh right. Thanks for correcting me. It's grey but might have a blue tint to it.
Indeed I like the 19s the most (that the 19s are nicer than the stock 18s).

Having owned two SS ///Ms, my impression is that it does not really have blue elements in the paint. The metallic elements seem to be highly reflective, so on a bright sunny day, the blue sky gets reflected. Park it in a forest, and it will have a greenish tone. At night, it looks pure silver.

Very interesting and informative. Never thought of it that way.

In this particular vid, it looked so blue; baby blue. I didn't like it at all.

This is very true. All colors it does pick up are just a undertone on the silver, if your not looking for it sometimes it goes without noticing. I am very happy with this color.

Very interesting. I've seen threads here saying it is Moonstone. Is that the same color with a different name or is it just a different color?

Silverstone and Moonstone are two distinct colours. Silverstone reflects more blue tones while Moonstone is very dynamic but has more beige tones.
