Lets hear it. Who (of any) has a chance at beating him?

I cant believe how bad he got dominated for 4.5 rounds to come back and beat Sonnen!
Chris Weidman will beat Anderson Silva given the opportunity!! No doubt!!

Chris Weidman, hes coming up right now, but with a little more practice he could take him, especially the way he fought with mark munoz, plus silva doesnt fight to well with wrestlers and he is getting old.

His moment is amazing and he has the capability to hit individuals exactly where it affects most resulting in them to fall, even where the taken itself is just a easy jab. The Jackson v Silva would be an excellent battle but it would not shock me if Silva KO's Jackson either.

I think Silva could KO anyone in the LHW division, he only seems to need a small opening and 1 clean shot, then it's all over. I was surprised to see Bonnar fold so quickly but when I saw the replay I could see he executed the strike perfectly. Silva has expressed that he wants his next fight to be GSP and then he has 1 fight left. Would not surprise me if he asks for Jones after that and then retires. That would be an epic ending for a perfect career. Everytime anyone asks him about Jones he has been saying no though.

Silva's manager has said for years that he'll go out with a bang, going up and down in weights to essentially "clean house"! Maybe that time has come. What an exciting time for UFC fans world wide!!!

for all we know he's saying no to JBJ cause he wants GSP first, then like you said ask for JBJ after. That would be an epic way of going out

Silva is not irresistible as his history reveals. However, it requires someone very good/lucky to defeat a man that has a excellent jaw, organic hefty arms and a present for moment like he does. Several that with the truth he always comes ready as opposed to a lot of others that have certain organic capabilities.

I've been hearing promises of a GSP vs Silva fight for a while now but nothing's been announced. I wonder what the hold up is.

The hold up is GSP doesn't want that fight. Every interview I see where they ask GSP about that fight he seems awkward and uncomfortable. Hopefully we see it soon though as there is talks of GSP retiring soon. 2 of the best P4P.

Sonnen can beat Silva but here's the thing. When Sonnen clocked Silva (which he did multiple times that fight) and got him on the ground He Has to Close the Deal.

I can't blame GSP for avoiding the Silva fight. IMHO he would get destroyed easily. I think Silva would land a clean shot at some point in the fight, except he wouldn't have enough time to recover because Silva would reign down more shots. That is unless it's a clean KO. The only person that is a legitimate threat is Jon Jones.

I think Jones has the best chance of giving Silva his first UFC defeat, that being said it probably wont happen LOL
