We had a chance to flash Rob's awesome 330i. It made great power across the range and driveability has increased a bit. Another win from Active!

yeah? because i'm pretty sure there are no dyno sheets to prove this. didn't the last guy that dyno'd a 330 with stage 2 make 12hp?

and that's with intake and exhaust

No regrets. It actually seems to be getting better. The engine really likes to rev to redline now. Before, I always felt I needed to shift around 6,000rpms because it just wasn't pulling. Now it just wants to keep going and going.

Low and mid-range torque definately help the car move along more effortlessly. Driveability is a bit better too.

I'm liking it a lot.

i was told to remove my afe CAI for the stage 2 for true hp increase. any truth to this? cause i really like that engine spool and ill be real sad to part it out

Stage 2 - yes

Come on down! We love this tune. We recently sold a 128i and I had to flash it before it left , it's almost mandatory IMO.

I use to have a 328xi and after driving the 128i with this flash tune (the exact one VAC just sold), it was a night and day difference. Speaking from a current FBO 335i owner, I was surprised at how much fun this flash tune made the 128i.
