Need assistance on H8

I just bought a 2011 E90 currently on a boat passing the panama canal… I need advice. What should I get the GP THUNDER 8500K H8 PLASMA V2 or GP THUNDER 7500K H8 SUPERWHITE V2? I am more interested in seeing the white light during the day.

I am going to get the 194 white led for the side markers, and leave the fog ligts amber... i live near the coast and the fog is much more visable with yellow.

or should i just go for the h8 lux kit... i am a newbee, spent alot of time searching e90 posts but would like a direct answer from those that are experience

Welcome to the forums. Go for the lux, they are worth the money.

I wish there was a cheaper alternative for the front signals. $100 is steep for two LED bulbs... but most angel eyes are steep too. -.-

h8 lux

Got a reply from lux

"The price for these is $245 + 10 shipping within the USA. We are currently making sets and expect to have them start shipping 5/7/11 or around there. Sorry for the delay but we are working as fast as we can to get the lights made"

your right about the price not being cheap, but i think its worth it since it will look very clean on my alpine white e90

I had the GP Thunder for the angel eyes. Bought them new for a pretty good price (~$25) from a vendor/sponsor here on the forums. One bulb failed after a week with less than 100 miles on them. Didn't bother with exchanging and never buying any more crap from that company. Quartz glass can suck my rod

Excellent review on these fog lights and sidemarkers + installation as I plan to order the sidemarker bulbs from Derrick.

I bought the 194-1A (amber) for the side markers, but I'm really disappointed.
The light is barely visible on daylight, and however too much difference compared to the OEM incandescent bulbs.
Anybody tried different and more powerful amber led bulbs?

It took so long because I ordered Montego blue painted bumper reflectors which had to be custom painted!

I was looking at some of the other LED side markers and they don't see to emit that much light IDK anyone have any bright ideas? (no pun intended)
