Are these wheels worth it ? ( 500 euro shipping )
Hey guys ! I currently own a e90 2011 335 x-drive black sapphire sedan. These wheels ( z- performance wheels ) are from europe and im from canada. So they is a 500 euros shipping fee for a home delivery. plus the wheels ( 1200 euros for 4 wheels )
So here is a video of the wheels i wanna order. i want the polished face ones. Id like to get your advice and if you think they would look good on a e90 sedan. or i should stick with my 193 m sport wheels ? http://https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hc2N4DV0A0I Last edited by Bours; 11-30-2014 at 05:34 PM.. |

They look better than the 193's but still not my style and that's roughly $2100 usd, so, do they come with tires? What's the catch cause that's alot to pony up IMO ..

I get what you're saying man.. I'm in the same boat.. Seems like everyone around here has the M3's and I don't want to be just another 'me too'.. They look good man but you can find something out there for less that not a ton of people have.. I personally like the 740/750 series wheels but they are becoming trendy now..

its only worth it if you are willing to pay that much. do i think they are worth it? hell no. id never spend that much money on wheels. id pay like $1k max for a set of wheels and tires. there are other things id spend my money on when it comes to cars.

Even worse, there's a good chance CBSA will overcharge you on duty not understanding exactly what you are importing. Depending on how it's shipped and how your vendor declares it you'll have to pay the higher amount and and spend months fighting CBSA to get your money back (I went through this with some bike parts ordered from the UK a few years back). If you can, better to buy the wheels locally or maybe try to convince a local wheel shop to import them for you as a special order? |

Im getting iritated by all these shipping costs i wished the wheels were free shipping or i could fine similiar design and quality wheels around in my area ,! So what do you think ? |

I think you've already made up your mind to get these wheels even before posting this thread.
I think they're too expensive, but that's just me. Also, if one of the wheels bends, gets a crack, etc and needs replacing that could be a pita the deal with getting another one.

My wheels look very similar to what you're interested in, and I'm local. lol! Not to mention they come with tires and tpms for way less $$$ than what you are looking at.
