BMWCCA Premier membership worth it?

Anyone have the Premier BMWCCA membership? Just trying to decide if its worth the extra money compared to the standard road side stuff that comes with the car vs AAA. They list things like cheaper OTC medications, etc?

Just do it before the 15th, when the rates go up.

I'm think life time membership.

I just upgraded to the premier. One thing to keep in mind when comparing it to AAA is
"Coverage: Is extended to member, legal spouse and up to 3 dependent children under the age of 24 and applies to all private passenger vehicles and motorcycles driven by the member, spouse and dependents."
