Also, the picture that shows the dock doesn't look like a 3 series. I wonder where it would actually mount in a 3 series.

The software sounds pretty cool too.

Okay, so it's pretty clear that tere will be no retrofit option for current iDrive systems, could someone please tell me when these changes are going to be installed on the X5 LCI and the new X3? I mean if I order the car within couple of months from today — will I get the updated iDrive? Any ideas guys?
