I think I'm going to take the hit and get willow tv. I really want to watch India-Ireland, so that I can see India (hopefully) show England how it's done.

Did you do it? Im pretty impressed with willow's streaming quality. It works really well on my ipad, theres no buffering in sound or video and it comes up immediately.

Haven't watched much cricket since sunday tho. Been sick and having nightmares since that loss by SAF

Pakistan losing certainly cheered me up tho . But it doesn't look like anyone is particularly strong or fluent in their game right now.

I did! Willow is pricey but being able to stream on my tv is awesome. Haven't had much free time lately, but I managed to catch part of the India-SA match. What happened?? India were 87-0 after 10 when I went to sleep, and when I woke up they had scored just 296? That's exactly what I feared, that the middle order would simply melt down some day.

Nonetheless, SA played pretty brilliantly. I caught the last few overs of the match, and they got the job done in style. Nerves of steel stuff.

Overall, some positives to take away from that match. India's openers are still looking strong, and the bowling is improving. But it's still worrying that they haven't won two tough games against two major opponents.

Huge win for SA I'd imagine, should give them the momentum to finish up at the top of the table.

Also, did you catch that Bangladesh-England game? Ridiculous, I'm still scratching my head on that one. I don't understand how England tied India and beat SA, but lost to Ireland and Ban?

Big game tonight I think I'll tune in. England have really got to come through but I'm hoping for a Gayle blitz.

I think saf should play around with the lineup some more in their last game. Smith is just horrible out there and desperately needs more time.

You ready for the quarters?

India-Aus will be absolutely epic. Fingers crossed that India squeaks through, but the skeptical side of me thinks Australia have the upper hand in terms of recent form. If India makes it through, we could have an India-Pakistan semi in our hands...in Mohali (Punjab). That will be incredible!

England-Sri lanka is another toss-up.

Finally! Its do or die!

Yea dude there are some good matchups. Indian bowling looks worrisome but Australia's wasn't that great either (other than Lee) in that loss to pak. Should be an awesome game. Ill be rooting for india (gasp) because ind vs pak semis would be insane.

On the other side im not too worried about the blackcaps but srl vs eng should be a good game. Tough ask for england to win in sri lanka. If we can sneak by them into the final im hoping for an ultimate clash saf vs ind.

Can't wait!

Well wi could have done more for our money's worth. I guess it's back to the drawing board for them.

Can't wait for tonight. Gonna have to watch while I work though.

That was HUGE! The Indian team really came through, which much improved fielding and bowling. Ponting played a masterful century, but I'm very impressed that India carried the game home.

Now, we have the mouth watering prospect of an India-Pakistan semifinal. Really wish I could be back home right now, my Dad has tickets to the semi-final - I'm incredibly jealous!

That was a great game. Right up till the last few overs it was a good contest and India deserved to win that one. Ponting looked like he was about to cry lol

Wow your dad is a lucky man! I can only imagine what the atmosphere is gonna be like! Are they allowing pakistanis to enter the country?

I have no shame in saying I was happy to see Ponting upset. I respect most of the Australian players, but I really have no respect for his sportsmanship or lack thereof.

No idea, but I think they are providing some visas to Pakistanis - my guess is at least a few thousand. The match is in Mohali too, which is just outside of Chandigarh (not too far from Wagah border and Lahore). The best part is that Yuvraj is from Chandigarh - I can't imagine what he'll be feeling like next Wednesday.

I watched on willow TV- bought the subscription before the India-SA game. I figured it was worth it, and boy did it pay off; you can watch it on your PS3 or Ipad, and the feed is in HD!

GiddeeYup

India won the cup for the second time ever (since '83). It was awesome.
Sehwag going down like that was a shocker. Then to add insult to injury Tendulkar falls after just 18...Against all the odds they still did it...I'm very happy for them. I think its the first time a (co-)host country won it all.

Speechless. Never thought I'd see this day. To be honest, I'm a bit sad that the WC is over! What a tournament it's been.

Bummer for SA, I really expected to see them in Mumbai. Great tournament, though - lots of very close matches, which is unusual for 50-over cricket.

How do you plan on watching IPL? I have no idea who's got the TV rights this year
