What's the highest profile tyres I can run on this setup (cr@ppy roads around here)? Is the following possible on a stock E93 ZMP:

F: 19x9.5 +33, 245/35
R: 19x10 +38, 275/30

It's possible to run that, however you might run into slight rubbing issues up front. We have a customer lowered on sport springs with the exact wheel set you are describing, however, he is running 235 tires and reports no rubbing. So, in short, with the 245 tires you may be able to do it as long as you don't lower the car.

Sounds good car will not be lowered, one needs the clearance and sidewall around here.

I am set on the 19x10 ET38 with 275/30/19 for the rears.

Would 19x9.5 ET33 with 245/35/19 Hankook Ventus V12 fit the front of an E90 with ZSP? I'm not planning to lower the car and I don't want to roll the fenders.

just helped a friend installed a set of exact setup 19x9.5 +33 front and 19x10 +38 rear (235/35/19, 265/30/19) on his E93. The car is lowered on MR coilovers. We found the front will require at least 5mm spacer to clear lower collar of the coilover.

I just setup 265/30 all-around on 19x9.5 ET32 on an E93 lowered with Eibach Pro-Kit springs and front camber at -2.5 deg using camber plates... Looks awesome.

Hi, quick question for VMR guys. The tyre experts over here in Perth, Oz are saying that stretching a 235 tyre over a 9.5 inch rim is absolutely crazy and are strongly recommending against it. Your pictures look great, and Im trying to copy your look, but Im scared to invest in the 19x9.5s up front if all the local experts (I've spoken to a few now) say the same thing. How would you respond to their concerns and warnings?

A 235/35/19 tire is definitely something that a tire chain isn't going to mount on a 9.5" rim, but its a fairly popular wheel/tire combo in the world of aftermarket wheels/tires. The "stretch" allows you to maximize your offset to make the wheels as flush with the fenders as possible. With this setup the wheels are basically wider than the tires, making the lip prone to damage.

If you want a slightly more conservative setup, you can do a 245/35/19 which will also work on a 19x9.5 ET33 as long as you don't lower the car too much!

im a newbie here - I want this same set up on my Black Sapphire E90 335 Pre-LCI but in Hyper black. the only issue is i cant find a good picture that does the Hyper Black justice. makes it hard to decide on the color of rims. also, i am planning on adding the H&R Coil overs but the touring set so not as low as the sport, do think there will be any issues after i roll the rear fenders?

With a fender roll you'll be perfectly fine.

Here are a few other shots to show how different our Hyper Black can look depending on lighting.
