LSD on a 325d?

My first post but i have been a long time follower and reader of e90 forums so hello & thanks to everyone who answers the technical questions on here as i've found a LOT of them really useful.

I bought my first 3er this year and have started modding it immediately, am at the point of considering a Qualife Limited Slip Diff but want to know if this is going to be a worthwhile spend on my car considering that it's only a 325d

I am fitting a sports exhaust & Air filter so after a remap am hoping to achieve about 260bhp+ & 500nm+ but am not sure if this is still a little low powered to benefit from spending money on a Differential?

I've heard its a huge upgrade but pretty much all information i can find on the topic is for 335 engines. Since I have no real experience driving a RWD car with Limited Slip Diff i don't really know what to expect, does anyone have any knowledge or ideas on this? All help appreciated!
thanks.
