2010 X6M subwoofer options?
Hi All,
I've been reading through forums, threads and looking online and haven't been able to find an answer yet. So I'm looking to the experts for advice...you! I believe I have the premium sound system in my car, since it's an 'M' model, but I could be wrong? I've noticed there isn't enough bass in the car. I'd like to add a subwoofer somewhere, but I'm wondering if anyone knows a good inconspicuous place to put one - where it would appear hidden and almost OEM? Add to that - does anyone have any specific brands, types they've used with great results? I'll be taking the X6M to a audio installer to have it installed - so I'm just looking for which parts to order and from where? Perhaps there's an upgrade I can do easily? Thanks in advance!! |

shanealbrandt If you have run flats there is a lot of space in the under in the trunk area.
If you need a spare JL AUdio stealth box makes a 10" for X5 that I am pretty sure fits in X6 as well. I bought one and am waiting for my X6 to arrive this week. I will update forum as soon as I have it installed. to me this is best bang for buck as a custom encloser cost can add up and consume entire trunk |

Hi Kerrazy - appreciate your feedback! Yes, I don't want anything in the back (trunk) - I'd more prefer it hidden. Let me know what JL Audio stealth box you had and where it fit in your car? The only one I see online, is only for the X5
