Looks sick with the demon eyes. Are they just LEDs in the projector? If so, are they wired up to the side lights?

Good job either way

So had my LCI Conversion done, all seems to look good , everything was almost to plan...

More pics to follow as soon as it is fully complete

Ah sad thing was the lights started to build up with condensation and one of the xenons went out. And it turns out the Control Unit was full of water so need a new one or if any one has one for sale please do let me know. Will order one from Germany in the next couple days.
Took the car home Saturday and hoped that something magical would happen and the xenon may work Sunday morning but no! So too the front apart at home, took the lights out and resealed it all. Drove it to work today and looks like its has sealed well, no condensation for now, hope it stays like that

Have a teaser shot of the bumper and lights all on... I does look a lot more aggressive now

Interested in seeing your carplay setup when it's done, highly considering it for my car. What bezel you use etc.

A little tip

Use a 10gram silica gel pack. Just pop it in the housing and it should help absorb excess moisture.
Thanks for the tip
Just went out to check the car and there's condensation around the bottom of the lights :/ not as bad as before. I have resealed it all, made sure nothing can get it.
It just worries me that I had almost half a cup for water in it last time, and ruined the control unit.
I will order some silica gel and hopefully that solves the issue.

Hi mate, that now won't be happening for a while sadly. Had a break in on Thursday and the lowlifes wrecked the house! So will have to wait for things to be sorted before getting another unit.

There is a guy on here who has already done the install, here's the link http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1046028.

I bought the following fitting kit http://www.connects2.co.uk/NewProduc...0685&p=CTKBM13 which I will eventually be using to install this sometime in the next few months hopefully.

Remember condensation build up is normal for our headlights... ONLY as long as it disperses eventually.

We have 2 holes in the back of the light units. BMW call them pressure equalisaition chambers to let our excess heat which can lead to pressure building in the unit.

At this time of year, if you were to turn you headlight off after it being warm in the housing, cooler, humid air would make its way into the housing and cause the condensation to build.

You need to degrease the inside of the lens when its split as it can attract and help cause moisture build up and possible internal lens stains too.

VERY ANNOYING STUFF THOUGH!

but just remember, a little condensation is normal at this time of year.
Thanks Josh, it disappeared later so things look good
Yup it is annoying all I can do is hope that it doesn't get worse.

any update on LCI conversion. i read through thread and seen someone say to get the amber blinkers working you need to upgrade to FRM3. is this right as only reason i want to do LCI lights is to get the amber blinkers on.
