We have proof of that in the US? I'm yet to see any other tuner with that feature.

Turning off is not the same as turning down by the way. The former will disable the light but fail inspection.

Yes go to e90 post in the OFT page. And yes I understand STIG.

Just read the entire thing. Unless I missed a page, his response when asked if he could turn down the sensitivity of the sensors was:

That will not pass emissions. That is simply turning off the sensor.

So it remains that the only tune that can turn down the 02 sensors is Evolve.

My car and plenty of others on different platforms?

There are others on here with Evolve tunes without issue as well. So far I *think* I'm right in saying that your car is the only one with a CEL MarkkeyyMan.

I have passed emissions, do not have the paperwork from last time. You are in luck though, I am up for it again and will keep the stuff this time.

Gas cap?

But for emissions, we are a plug in state. No visual CAT inspection(and clearly, no tune would pass that).

AA, OE, and OFT just to name a few. All of them currently have existing tunes in place for the N51, all of them cost less than the Evolve tune and all of them have proven power gains.

I'm under the impression here that Evolve's tune will surpass the power gains of the previous tunes . . .
