3 series to M3

Is it possible for me to buy an 08 or 09 m3 from the dealership and still get warranty and stuff?

m3 is a 3 series....

But yes you can, if not a BMW warranty then a 3rd party warranty will be able.

Yeah lol i guess. Oh okay. what is a 3rd party warranty? Cause right now Its either i get an M3, preferable a 08 or 09 cuz its cheaper than 11,12. Or wait for an f32 next year while driving a corvette for a year.

the CPO is not bad, just make sure you read the fine print... and keep in mind that if you plan on modding you will likely void your warranty anyway.

Carmax. Their ext warranty rates are pretty reasonable, more so than BMW ext warranty rates. Is the warranty quite as good? hard to tell, but they will send a BMW to a dealer to do the work rather than do it at their shop.

they have a few 08-09's in stock

Since there's so many M cars would it be a M series or still a 3 series? I guess it could be both lol

I say that because when we go to the bmw site it under the "M" but yeah I still considered it a 3-series

Best warranty in the game is Ford ESP, but they don't cover M3s. I'm picking up a 4yr/48k for a 335 for $2800.

I also heard CarMax offers a decent warranty if you buy from them. If I were you, I would ask the guys in the M3 forum what they think. I have read quite a few threads in there about 3rd party warranties and some of the nightmares they have had with them. Definitely go CPO if possible to avoid any issues.

Good luck finding an M3!
