Thumbs down Check Coolent Warning Message

I Have An M36 325i The Low Coolant Message Continues To Come On Even Though The Level Is Propper &the Temperature Gage Indicates Normal Temp. Is This A Common Problem? If So How Do I Correct It?

yeah, had that a lot before i sold my 1992 325i E36........i think you might have air in the system or an air leak in the hoses. I kept on bleeding the system with that plastic screw thing next to the coolant cap (when the coolant was cool of course). it would go away after that, but would come back...........

It is common for the coolant to leak into the level sensor and cause it to fail.
