no its not for sale anymore i believe, he was trying to get an m5 but i guess it didnt go through so he decided to keep it after i told him i was gonna buy it

Actually, it wasn't because the deal didn't fall through; I drove the M5 a couple of times, and I had a killer deal, but at the end of the day I felt that the M5 and the 335i were both plenty good in their own aspects. I wasn't getting my asking price with you (even though it was a small difference) and I figured that I really am in no rush to sell and take such a hit. Both the M and the N54 are great cars in their own regards and wouldn't mind having either one so I'll just wait and see.

Did you go ahead with the other car?

nope! they went and auction the car because it was sitting in the showroom floor for so long they should have sold it to me and made more profit then auctioning it tsk tsk
