Can we use E85 Fuel on our cars???

I had my last car modified to run e85. We installed a larger fuel pump and larger injectors (830cc!). Then the car was professionally dyno-tuned to use the fuel efficiently. Saw a 30whp and 35wtq gain on the dyno. My fuel range went from 290mi/tank to 225mi/tank.
