DIY for M Sport Fog Light

Hey guys, I was trying to remove the lower mesh grilles from my F10 today and I wasn't able to because it felt like it was going to break if i pulled any harder. Does anybody have some sort of description on how I could successfully remove the bulb from the foglight and replace it? Please let me know, thanks!

I unscrewed the 3 screw holding the plastic behind the bumper (in front of the wheel) and the radiator was in the way of the fog light.. Could you explain which screws you had to undo to do it through the wheel? Thanks

It wont break .... just pull from both left and right side with even pressure and it will pop out.
