not my style. but hey man… to each his own. if you like it, that's all that matters.

I prefer 'form to follow function'. from what it seems, you haven't done anything to increase the performance (function)… you've only modified the form (looks).

But again…its your car…. enjoy it bud.

The m sport comes with a bit lower suspension than
the standard cars. Most m sport owners here have
lowered their car a bit more to get the desired effect.

Some do it for performance sake, but most do it for
appearance. You can't rule out today's air
suspensions as they have proven performance

I was still typing but my cell phone submitted the post.

You can't rule out today's air
suspensions as they have proven performance results.
Air lift has a coilover air package for the Mustang that
not many kits can even touch. Of course that is when
the air tanks are dialed in to the proper DRIVING rating
and pressure. You may or may not like the look of the shots
above, but you have to realize, the air is all let out and
is no way drivable at this height.
Some like the look of it when dropped all the way and others dont.
And thats ok. I liked my haircut in the 80's, but wouldnt
be caught dead with it today. Trends and times change and we embrace
some and not others. But that is the beauty of modding, you
make it the way you like it.
I personally think its hot but dont have the guts to mess with the fine BMW suspension.

Performance Update

PERFORMANCE UPDATE
As you might have been thinking, why hasn't he done any mods to increase the performance of his vehicle? Here is the update on that
My first performance mod was the Burger Tuning JB4 Stage 1, that was because I bought the car new and not many mods were out, soon after that I upgraded to the JB4 stage 2 update! I then purchased the Dr Euro Catless downpipe to add on to my straight piped exhaust setup, as well as the Burger Tuning Intake!
Another one of my favorite mods is my P3Cars multifunctional boost gauge!
Last week I contacted GTHaus and purchased the GTC Valvetronic exhaust with Quad Tips and wireless remotes!
Current Mods:
-JB4 Stage 2 Plug and Play
-Dr Euro Cat less downpipe
-Burger Tuning Intake
-MIESTERSCHAFT GTC exhaust SHIPPED

Lower Standards Feature

Lower Standards Feature
So about a month ago, I got a call from a friend saying that a local photographer by the name of Shane Strump wanted to do a shoot on my car, and that he represented a pretty well known page called Lower Standards, so we got together and he had at it!

lordmcdonnell: You know what I'm gonna do tonight?

LACSTER: No, what??

lordmcdonnell: I'm goin ham.

LACSTER: What's going ham mean?

lordmcdonnell: Ham means "hard as a motherf**ker". So goin ham means I'm gonna go hard as a motherf**ker.

Let me clarify that 'performance' is not exclusive to drivetrain/engine upgrades. Chassis/weight/suspension/braking/convenience, etc...features all add in to impact overall performance.

It seems like the suspension work you have done (esp considering the additional weight) would actually impede the handling performance……..??……. at least that's what I would think… but I am no expert when it comes to air suspension.

BUT…. very nice choice for the exhaust!

question… why did you add the transporter on top? I understand the roof rails to carry your bike. But why the transporter?

Just curious……..

Thanks for the previous reply! GTHaus has great quality product and customer support! & I added the transporter because I was going on a road trip and needed the extra space!

Garage List
Looks different, almost like a hovercraft.

Our roads in the UK would cause massive damage within a mile, wheels tyres and spoilers in bits.

best wishes

I haven't seen a vinyl roof since the 1980's Chrysler Cordoba (with "rich Corinthian Leather") and all the money after that seems to make the car look like it belongs on a gang block somewhere.

If it was my money, I'd have just taken what you've spent plus the cost of your car and bought a 2014 M5 with the competition package. Classy understated looks with killer performance.

That's just one man's opinion though. You posted so I thought I'd provide feedback. Enjoy though!
You really just killed this car, it looks like you are just doing things to it with no theme, like an idea just popped in your head, and you ran with it. You turned a classy performance car into some kinda riced out richboy's theme vehicle......I can't even think of what to call it. The 1st set of rims would have been great if they were non black. The 2nd set was a waste of money. It may be a bit obvious you are not spending your own money with these mods/changes. I just turned 30 and the more I look at these pictures the older I feel. Its looks something you would see in a high school parking lot.

You did however get better towards the end (JB4, exhaust, better wheels) if you take off that transporter, and a 2inch drop would have been fine. No one puts complete air on an F10.

Definitely went HAM on the suspension. I don't think anyone else has full air suspension on F10. Too low for my taste, but I respect your bold moves with the suspension mods.
