Reliable Dealership in Socal?

Hello wise forum members!

I am new here, and I did a search for my question, but could not find any answers (using keywords: reliable, service, dealership, dealer).

Could anyone refer me to a reliable dealership in Socal to do service for my car (oil change, brakes, etc)? The dealer I bought my car from is in WA, so I don't have a good idea where to go to service my car.

Thank you in advance, and Your wise advise is greatly appreciated!

-G

Reliable Dealership in Socal? Isn't this an Oxymoron?

the biggest problem with the dealers in so cal is they won't give you loaners unless you bought from them, which is the dumbest thing i had ever heard before, coming from an infiniti experience which was excellent. setting this aside, i have had good experiences with bmw in alhambra and century west bmw by universal studios. i came into century west without an appointement and instead of saying its unfixable, the guy sent me to a tire shop down the street and said they may be able to patch it.

Thank you all for your input. I will try Crevier this weekend, as this is the closest to where I live. Any others?

If you're coming to the Inland Empire, try BMW of Riverside. They did a good job in servicing my 335i.

Steve Thomas BMW in Camarillo has been great for me. I've had an excellent experience every time I've been there. These guys are really into cars and understand the value of repeat business.

I'd have to disagree. my coupe has been experiencing long cranks...
took it in, they had it for 3 days( no loaner, b/c they were booked 1 month in advance), saw the problem and said they couldnt do anything unless it became more frequent...get real guys, maybe since I diddnt buy the car from them they wouldnt take care of me.????

So I call my sales guy @ New Century last week, drop it off yesterday and they tell me my car should be ready by this afternoon (they are replacing my HPFP) and I got a loaner.....

i guess individual results may vary
