Exclamation E90 Bumper Dent

I dented my front bumper of my e90 and i was wondering if putting an AC style lip will do it any good rather than getting it repaired. So what im asking is will it do the job without me spending a lot of money on a bumper? There is a picture of how it looks below. Your help is much appreciated.

AC lip is ugly. pop it out and get some painted splitters.

Yes, the OEM splitters will go right on top of that area.

Try using a heat gun to pop that dent out..

Also i heard using the Air Dent Removal Technique will work for dents...what this technique is that you blow dry your dent then spray compressed gas (CO2) very quickly after and it will pop out to normal....Will that work?

It will pop out if you just open it up below and push it out, ADRT is more so for dents where you want to keep the paint job intact. You already damaged the paint, so its just a matter or popping it out. Stick a couple fingers in there.

the paint damage is under the bumper so its not noticeable at all, but i will try the ADRT to see how it turns out and if it doesnt work, ill just heat it up with a blow dryer and pop it out with my hand
