Head Unit Not Performed Correctly

I have a 2006 530xi just took the battery out and charge it for 24 hours , and now on my I drive it show ( Head Unit Not Pergrammed Correctly) dose any one know how to fix is,

the radio lost the code...you need to take it to bmw to get the code from them

no it still came up when I start the car, when I press the i drive it goes away
