BMW M5 lease

Hey guys I've been on the search for a new car for a really long time. I was previously in the market to lease a 335 but i waited and didn't want to pull the trigger yet because I knew down the road I'd be able to afford something bigger and better.

I've noticed on M5board.com that there have been deals to be had especially in this market on the 08's that dealers are trying to move off the lots for the month of December. How likely are these deals to continue into January because I remember reading somewhere that it was only for the month of December? Looking to lease for about 1G to 1.2G's a month....
