Why can't I delete threads I started?

Do any of you know why I can delete some threads I started and others I cannot? I have more threads that I cannot delete than I can for some odd reason. Under thread tools there is no option to delete. I already PM a moderator/administrator but have yet to receive a reply.

If someone can help me figure out how to delete some of of threads I would appreciate it.

Thanks in advance,

EricO

So on e90post you are able to delete your threads but not on m3post for some reason. I am sure the owner of the site could change that if he/she wanted to.
