Good Deal?

Just left a deposit on a 2008 M3 Sedan Silverstone w/ black leather. Premium, Technology, and cold weather package MSRP 65k. just under 5k at signing (1st month, security, dmv, taxes, doc fee etc. included in 5k). $685 for 36 months. I am hoping its not possible to do any better.
I think the mf was .00025 and the residual was 55% purchase price was invoice may be a few $ less.

Garage List
Out of curiosity, what dealership was that? It sounds like a good deal to me!

Looks decent.
They are offering the same set up car here for:

36 month
10,000 miles per year
$1,500 at signing
$749

The car is Silverstone with Fox. Sticker says 19" wheels but it has 18"s on it?

How many miles per year?

5K Down: Don't do it

Never put money down on a lease!

A couple of reasons: It just gives you the illusion of a cheaper payment but more importantly, if your car get totalled for any reason within the period, you don't anything back from your down payment.

Imagine this: you are driving the car out of the dealership on the first day, you get into an accident, the ins company totals the car, pays off the leasing company, you get nothing for that 5K!
