I have a 2006 330i 6MT and was curious if anyone knew the advertised top speed in each gear? I know I can go out and test it but was looking for official numbers.

Im'm sure many of you who have 6MT notice how endless and tall 2nd and 3rd gear are. Im not complaining just curious.

My '07 wagon has the following calculated speeds at 7,000 rpm:

1st - 37
2nd - 65
3rd - 97
4th - 131
5th - 161
6th - 191

As the car is electrically limited to about 130, the figures for the top gears are theoretical only.

The above is with a FD ratio of 3.23 - and correlates pretty closely with the R&T figures for a 3.15 FD.

130 top speed is for non-sport. I believe sport package raises the top speed limit to 150.

Yup sport pack raises I think its 155. but yes def higher with sports pack.
