i want one of the two not sure which one to get i was gonna get a m3 but im big guy and i feel like ill look stupid driving it

I recommend you drive them both first to get a direct personal impression from both, since in the end it is you that should be the one enjoying the drive

ive drove my friends m3 its alittle older like a 02 with 98k miles but i still havent drove a e55

2 very different cars, but if you're looking for power, go with the supercharged E55... with simple upgrades, you are looking at some serious hp.

If the E55 drives like our (now gone) CLK55, then hell no. Get the M3. Horrible steering, and an unusually harsh ride, given the relative lack of body control. Great engine though.

E55 for sure!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! With the E55 you will have the body that's out right now and with m3 you will have the older body. I personally would hate to drive a car that's the old body.

im basically in the same boat but its e60 m5 vs w211 e55 and i think the m5 will win. But in your case i would take the e55 your looking at about 10-15k more then the m3 but its really worth it. great engine nice car nice interior really good car for the price they are going for right now

The e55 market right now is VERY cheap for how much car you're getting.

My buddy just picked one up an '05 on auction for $28k with only 22k miles

Have had both, go with e55 if your a big guy, 4 doors and goes like you won't believe!
