I'm about to go through the same process with my 07' E90 355i. I'd like to use your deal as a benchmark possibly?

I'd like to know how you worked this too. I have an 08 335xi that's experienced:

Bad HPFP (multiple)
Bad vanos (twice) (left stranded, towed)
Multiple washer pump death
Headlight nozzle's shot up over the car, dealer screwed up installation
Bad water pump (left stranded, towed)
Coding turbos
Busted comfort access at trunk latch
Leaky transmission
Plastic transmission pan then cracked (left stranded, towed, charged $8 for hazmat disposal of oil no longer in the car)

I hate this car with a burning passion and would love them to take it off my hands.
