Got a ticket from Germany how do I pay it?

I got a speeding ticket for 33 euros in German during my ED. The letter doesn't give any directions on how to pay it though, has anybody paid a German ticket from the US?

Pay it and move on. What's $50 in the scope of things? I know for sure had some Germans come to the US and speed through our cities I would want them to pay the fine we levy on them. There is very little chance you would get caught next time to visit Germany (almost none) but who wants that to linger? And surely there's a website somewhere on that ticket that gives payment details, no?

I got a flashed in Switzerland and expect that ticket to hit very soon. Worried about the total, I read they can get nasty up there.

You might ask the folks at Euro Delivery. This is a topic that they should be on top of.
In my opinion you all are doing the right thing paying your tickets.

You will need a bank that can do international money transfers.... Hopefully the ticket included an IBAN number and SWIFTBI to transfer to ....see this website for some more info...hopefully they gave you that info in letter

Are you sure its a speeding ticket? Others got the same fine so did I and it was a road tax or something. maybe post a picture of the ticket?

How fast were u going for a 260 chf fine?

About 20 kph over the limit I think. If you get a speeding ticket in Switzerland pay it ASAP

You're right in regards to the German one. The Swiss was definitely a speeding ticket and it ended up costing my dad a lot (he was driving)

The Swiss ticket didn't get resolved until a few months ago. They weren't making it easy to pay them lol. Glad I can now go back without having to spend 2 days in jail

At first it was 190 I think but it's so confusing because everythign is in German, I only speak french and english! lol

Yes, if you were to enter Switzerland again after not paying that can happen.

They are also in the habit of confiscating nice Mercedes from Germans. Although I think the last one to get that done was a guy from Sweden.

I am not aware of anything that the German would do to you at the border if you didn't pay a ticket with a foreign license. That doesn't mean there isn't.
