Considering a e92.. carfax problem, engine replaced?

So just sold my old car - 02 a4, and now I am in the market for an 08 335i coupe or sedan. I came across a local one that I am quite interested in, but the carfax really worries me.

This is a link to the pictures of the car - http://www.dzmotors.com/fullimages.php?id=772

and the carfax - http://www.carfax.com/VehicleHistory...#DetailSection

Should I be worried about an engine replacement and run away, or is it still something worth considering? Pretty funny how they just put that fact in as if it was part of normal service.

Thanks guys, looking forward to getting one of these soon, just don't want to get a lemon.

I would run away, unless you are really interested, i would call up that dealership and ask them why it was replaced. could be a typo or mistake

I actually did call the dealership, and as soon as i said i was a very interested buyer they said the info is confidential. I think I will stay away from this one...

I'd contact a BMW dealer to do a background check on the vin number. If any work was done it was most likely at the dealer. Many BMWs have valve issues and it may require the head to be replaced. Just a thought.
