That's how I feel too. Nothing out there inspires me right now so I'll hang on to the e92 until something else does.

I'll either try to get an E92 M3 or just skip the 3 series altogether and move to the 5 series F10. The new 3 series does nothing to me, the rear is nice i'll admit, but the front and the new interior don't seem like an upgrade to me. The F10 IMO though looks a lot nicer and more sport looking compared to the E90. The F10 look should've been the new 3 series but smaller.

I agree...late 80s to early 00s were some of BMW greatest years but after the E90 they have fallen off considerably. I like the F30 but just don't like it enough so I traded my 08 E90 for a 12 E92 because the older E92 M Sport still looks and drives better than the new F30 IMHO. Let's just hope they don't mess it up with the F80 M3 or F32/33 4 series/M4. If so then I guess I'll go over to a 5er or maybe Audi.

I yearn for old school cars (E36+E46), not the new school. The F3X doesn't really do anything for me. Anyway I'm 1.5 years into a financed car so it doesn't really make sense to switch. Maybe in 2-3 years.

I realize that lots of us would consider stepping into an F10 (CPO in my case) rather then going for the F30. Me too i feel that the interior doesn`t have the same touch as an F10 does. The challenge that i will be facing when time is due is finding one with a stick. Not as popular as within the 3 series.Soon or later a 535, better, a 550 with an M package and 6speed MT.

Right now the new F30 doesn't do much for me at all. The M-Sport looks better though.

Right now unless the new M or 335 M-sport blows me away I'm planning on a CPO'd 2013 M sometime in mid 2015. The last of the V8.

Wonder if BMW brass checks out e90 and takes enthusiasts opinions into account? I'd hope so. Right now I'm loving my 335.

I'm not dying to make the switch either....but I'm not wedded to my E92 either....I really like my e92, but have never come to love it either...and I can't figure out why! It checks all the boxes...yet falls short in my emotional attachment to it.

I will wait at least a year into the F32 so that I can see a few on the road and think it over....and have a little more leverage with negotiating the package I want on my car...rather than taking whatever allotment of cars that Taiwan is getting.

It also depends on fuel prices and at what price I get sick of getting hammered at the gas station versus taking my lumps on depreciation and moving to the more fuel efficient model. I know that the savings in fuel is very unlikely to offset the depreciation cost...but psychologically, it's a hit every time I need fuel, whereas depreciation feels like big numbers in my bank account. Yes, irrational thinking at its best!

Good choice...especially since we can now get the passive M sport suspension starting with MY 13. Or maybe in Canada you guys always had that option...
