Question which springs to buy?

Hi I want to lower my e92 msport so the arch is sitting just above the tyre by about 5mm-10mm. The problem is the springs I find are showing drop from SE hight. Does anyone know what springs will give me what Im after?

Im also after a better ride over handling so what would be the better springs for this as well?

I went with H&R sport springs on standard shocks and it works. I thought the ride would be 'crash bang' but its not. Id say 99% same as oem msport! But im not sure how u'd get a better ride (comfort) over handling with after market springs. Its kinda opposite in what after market springs tend to achieve

Do you have a pic of your car and If they are the same ride as msport ones then that's fine.

Eibachs are meant to give less of a drop as stated above but I don't have any experience with them.

Judging from Gaza's pics, If you're after a little less drop, then I think Eibach's are for you!

Compared to M-sport, Ive noticed probably a 10mm drop and Ive had these springs on for almost a year now! I did notice the car wobbled less on corners but im not sure if thats psychological...!

I have approximately 2-3cm arch gap on the front and similar on the back:

I wish I went for H&R! This is a little too conservative for me!

Ish I think between your pics and mine they offer exact details of the drop achieved on either spring as the pics are clear in showing the gap that remains. Most pics of drops on here don't show the gap clearly

Eibachs don't seem to drop the back much at all on an M Sport, but just evens the front out.

Thanks for the pic I think the Eibach's are spot on as I don't want it too low. Ill buy the Eibach springs off you if you want H&R's, are you interested?

By all means! But I wont be switching my suspension yet unfortunately... I have put my "car" funds towards my wheels, exhaust modifications and sound upgrades! If anything changes I will keep you updated!

If you cant wait, I totally recommend Surrey Projects to source the springs if you decide to get them! I blew a stupid amount of money with M-Style...

I'd never go m-style for anything don't worry, I'd never be able to get anything done on my car at the amount they charge. I'll give Surrey projects a try. Thank you for your help.

I been reading up on both the eibach and the h&r and by the looks of it the money you pay for the eibach and the minor drop you get isn't worth it so I bought myself a set of h&r springs.
