Parts warehouse but it's getting difficult to move my merchandise so I'm turning into an unintentional hoarder. I got them for $375 but if you want them, they're yours for $275 as a way of saying thanks for the Keyspan USB-to-serial converter you gave me.

The only thing with them is that I thought they'd be 3" all the way but they taper pretty quickly. The EGT bung doesn't come with a plug but you can source one for a few bucks - I think it's 1/8 NPT.

I know, things always change though...

Yep, just got back from the half marathon. It was tight on the trail with many not understanding the idea of keeping to the right (mostly females ). But ended with about a 1:50 time. About what I wanted and expected on my first half. I looked for your house but I beleice it was a bit north of you.

Now for the recovery today which does include beer!!!

Ya, I looked at the taper and am fine with it. I will probbably go ahead and take them off your hands. I'm out of town most of next week and will let you know my schedule so we can coordinate. I'll email you when my plans are confirmed.

Cool my friend... I was unable to get to the trail and take a look (completely forgot, still half asleep). I promise we'll ride soon though!

Just order the reflectors and let me know when you get them, I drive 3 times per week to Woodstock and can stop by on my way back home. You could also stop by our next mod-fest, I see a couple of us rolling our sleeves soon for a DP install party.

Ok dokie Walter... reflectors in hand. Let me know the best way to go about doing this especially in this icky cool weather Atlanta is experiencing. I also have the LUX H8s for the AEs... got any advice on not screwing these puppies up too?

Cool... that was quick! I can help you with the reflectors on Saturday on my way back from Woodstock, I was going to send you a PM for the details, however your post count appears to be too low for PMs... can you shoot me an email? romanista {_at_} gmail.com

I've never changed bulbs for the AE, but I'll see what's involved and maybe we can do that too.

I will (hopefully) be installing DPs in a couple of weeks. I will probably post here if anyone wants to swing by and say hi.

Ciao,

I can always host a meet. In fact, a fall meet/drive should be mandatory.

I really want to have a drive! My schedule will be a lot more permitting after this weekend. What sounds good for everybody? Saturday/ Sunday of this month, maybe after Thanksgiving? Hopefully my surprise will arrive by then...

I am down for a modfest + drive! Next couple of Sundays I'll be slammed with deck work (trying to finish the neverending screened patio) but let me know ahead of time and I will be there!

-Walter

PS= Saturday mornings are not good, but afternoons are kosher.

Is this the same deck you have been working on for the last decade?

+1

I can't meet over Dec. 4/5 either (wedding + 1 day of recovery). What are people's schedules for the weekend of Nov. 20 & 21?

You can't be going to another wedding??

Dang, you must have 1 billion friends all of which are getting married this year.

But I am out that weekend as well as we are taking the girls to Disney World for the Christmas celebration. The castle is covered in lights to mimic ice; I am so looking forward to this.

You could always ask for help and knock out that deck in a weekend.

There would be a definite beer cost though.

Anyway, I am thinking Saturday December 11th, in the afternoon of course. My girls (twins and Jennifer) are going to a play which was suggested I not go to (not crying about that). So I will be open and ready to drive. I have a few routes which are within an hour of Woodstock and since you, Walter, would be up this way in the morning, we could head out just after lunch.

If agreeable, we can set it up and put it on the calendar.
