If the bet says that you lose on a draw, I'd say that a $65 bet for $1.52 is a pretty sorry bet. What is even the point?
If they draw, you lose (unless you push on a draw?) The chances of that happening are quite high given the circumstances.

they give you the odds for every $1
so if they say $1.52 it means you get $1.52 if that outcome happens, for every $1.
