Will this fit on RHD? Also are these original for the m4 or general m performance. I am not quite sure if there is a difference. Hehe. Apologies if it is a silly question!

Never a silly question!

Unfortunately we can only get the LHD specific pedals cover here in the US from BMW. These are the Genuine BMW M Performance Pedals covers that fit a range of vehicles, including the new M3 and M4s.

By screws and tape. Drilling is required.

M4 DCT, would I need to purchase the "Manual Trans" option on your website or the "Auto Sport?"

Also, Foot Rest does not come with the package right? So if I want the foot-rest + brake/gas combo, would need to place 2 seprate orders (net $240)?

For DCT you need the manual transmission pedals. Also, the M comes with the foot rest installed. You don't need to buy one.
