How to Remove Interior Trim?

I've been looking on youtube and can't seem to find a video where someone removes all the interior trims in the BMW 323i e90. Does anyone know a video or have a step-by-step process in un-installing/re-installing these trims? Im going to be carbon-fiber wrapping all of the silver trim (interior).

Thanks.
